These Terms create a legal agreement between you and Belira regarding use of the Service. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or continuing to interact with the app indicates acceptance of this agreement.

If these conditions are not acceptable to you, access must end immediately and the application should not be utilized further.

2. Service Description

Belira provides a digital environment for personal beauty and hairstyle organization, routine tracking, product management, shopping for Belira items, and optional AI-assisted styling inspiration where consent is provided.

Features, layout, availability, and technical scope may evolve over time. Certain tools may be revised, paused, or removed, and uninterrupted access cannot be promised.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Each user is expected to act responsibly and lawfully, including the following:

• No illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity through the app;
• No harassment, abuse, threats, or harmful behavior toward others;
• No attempts to distribute malware, disrupt systems, or bypass security controls;
• No misuse of account credentials or unauthorized access to another user’s account.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Breaches of these rules may lead to restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

Belira, including software, branding, design elements, text, and underlying technology, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

A limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted solely for personal use of the app in accordance with these Terms. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, derivative creation, or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Belira disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your reliance on app content, suggestions, and functionality is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Belira and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages related to use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This limitation includes, without restriction, damages tied to lost profits, lost data, service interruption, device issues, or business disruption, even where the possibility of such outcomes has been communicated.

7. Account Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time where misuse, legal risk, security concerns, or violations of this agreement are identified.

Action may be taken without advance notice when circumstances require immediate response. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by stopping access and removing the app.

8. Terms Modification

These Terms may be revised to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updated versions become effective once posted in the app or on associated official channels.

Ongoing use after publication of revised Terms indicates acceptance of the updated agreement. Users should review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law principles where disallowed.

Disputes should first be raised informally by contacting support. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
